NEW TO FENCING?
Fear not - our Beginners programme is designed to help adults gain an introductory understanding of the art of fencing. Our Beginners Course comprises of 4 weekly lessons (1.5 hours each) and starts on the first Tuesday or Wednesday of the month at Z Fencing United Square and Parkway Parade from 7:30pm – 9:00pm. All fencing equipment provided - fun and laughter are guaranteed take-outs!

Besides teaching you the core attack and defence skills, the Beginners course also covers lessons on the history of fencing, rules of engagement, safety, equipment care and the basics of presiding a fencing bout.

INTERMEDIATE, ADVANCED PROGRAMMES & PERSONAL IMPROVEMENT CLASSES FOR ALL WEAPON TYPES
To help fencers go beyond the fencing basics, Z Fencing provides Intermediate and Advanced courses to help fencers move up in their skills. With an internationally-certified team of full-time coaches, our programmes comprehensively cover all three weapon-types (epee, foil and sabre) to meet your needs.

FOR FENCERS WHO JUST WANT TO FENCE
To cater to fencers who have taken fencing lessons before, our membership programme allows you to use our fully-equipped fencing salle during designated hours to fence with our other members.

FENCING NIGHTS FOR ADULTS:
We happily host fencers of various weapon types (epee, foil & saber) at various levels on weekday nights at our United Square High Performance Centre (Novena MRT) and Parkway Parade (in the East Coast) salles. Please contact the Z Fencing salle nearest you for detailed schedules.

Fencers are reminded to be properly attired and using proper fencing equipment when in our salle. General safety precautions, proper fencing etiquette and graciousness to all fencers are required.
